How Do You Increase People Engagement During Transformational Changes?

As required in certain engagements, EngiLifeSciences will design bespoke (customized) training material to accompany redesigned or transformed processes. These trainings typically include:

  • High level and detailed redesigned process flows.
  • Detailed documentation that outlines the before-and-after process changes.
  • Specific illustrations of revised forms, reports, screens, scripts, and procedures.

At a minimum, and depending on circumstance, our training modules include:

  • Learning objectives.
  • Defining and outlining actual changes to processes.
  • How the redesigned process is now performed.
  • Key points and reminders.
  • Summary of key points.
  • Key terms, if applicable.
  • Features and benefits of redesigned processes.
  • Questions for discussion which support learning.
